eGamer Gets down with clitsybananaS and Phobos

Watsup peepZ  so basically I thought since the KOTH tournament is next week why not get some interviews rolling. So fresh off the block I get the low-down From Tristan ‘Clitsybananas’ Yo Badger and Warwick ‘Phobos’ Nortier who are members of the newly formed Dota Clan Dedicated Abuse. Both these players are highly skilled and have accomplished many achievements in the competitive aspect of the game. After a close game between TankH and Deda with tankh emerging victorious I am sure you must be curious as to what the players were thinking ;p ?

Q: So what did you guys think of the KOTH warm up match against Tankh ?

Clitsybananas : Well I knew it was gana be a fun game and also competitive as tankh
are one of the best clans in sa.

Phobos: Our match against tankh went well considering it was our first match online
as a clan  the game itself was about 52mins and endgame scores weren’t horrific.

Q: When you look back at the match did you notice any problem areas in ur teams
gameplay / style ?

Clitsybananas : Our early game was good but when it got to miD / late game map
control and pushing towers after a team battle we never really did well in that
area. Little errors by us cost us the game in the end.

Phobos : We couldn’t  push towers they had good teamwork wpwp.

Q: How do you rate yourselves as a team in the king of the hill tourny ?

Clitsybananas : Well we are a fairly new team that started a month ago when we won at
oc  together. I rate we can do pretty decently in this tourney seeing that
we are all experienced and decent players. I really think if we can put alot of
effort into the tourney we can win it or do extremely well by beating some of the
top clans etc..

Phobos : Having only played online with this team once against tankh its kind of
hard to answer your question but i know that individually all 6 of us are fairly good
so we’ll have to see how we manage as a team :D

Q: Who do you and your team see as the biggest threat in the koth tourny?

Clitsybananas : tankh need a reason? We don’t only think tankh as a  threat but yeah. bvd and mint
are also threats :D/

Phobos : mint , tankh, bvd

Q: Is there anything you would like to leave your fellow S.A dota players
with and to the rest of the teams in the tourney?

clitsybananaS:  UMMM welL BRA this tourney Is probably going to be a new One for
many people. ie Me, so 4 all those playing in this tourney gl hf and even if u
lose. DOnt Let it BreaK u apart bEcuz teamwork builds Up from Time and
experience! :D Dota  ftw And remember Watch Ur Replays.  :D?

PhoBos : Yeah, i think everyone online should have a goal to join the IHL.  The IHL
has a good system thats advancing our SA dota quite rapidly.  To the rest of the
teams in the tourney GL HF!~
