New DLC for Batman: Arkham Asylum

Apparently it seems that there is already new downloadable content for Batman: Arkam Asylum on its way. To those that have already received the game, you might notice a news message at the bottom of the screen that announces that new DLC will arrive in 9 days – on the 17th of September. There are no details on the content of this DLC pack and it’s unclear at this point whether the DLC content will appear on all consoles, but the best part about this DLC is that it’s completely free. You read right, all you’ll be required to do is to simply download the content pack and that’s that. However what’s a little depressing is that far away in the UK Arkham Asylum has already been released since August 25, while we in South Africa can only get the game this Friday, on the 11th of September. Admittedly it’s not a long wait, but I’m sure many around here, including myself, are itching to play it. Some have already been able to receive their copies of the game this week due to purchasing from certain websites, but the majority will get theirs Friday. When we get more details on what this mysterious, yet free DLC pack contains, we’ll let you know, but until then look out for the full review of Batman: Arkham Asylum later this month.
