FourZeroTwo: Modern Warfare 2 is not delayed on PC
For a while now rumours have been circulating the internet that the PC version of upcoming, highly anticipated sequel, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 would be delayed for two weeks, meaning it would only be released after the PS3 and Xbox360 versions. However, Robert Bowling, Infinity Ward’s community manager, posted on Twitter that there would be “No delay on PC for Modern Warfare 2.” Furthermore, the Tweet from Robert Bowling goes on to say that “You’ll also have Prestige Mode in PC as well as lots of Steam support. Hopefully min specs will be soon.” In this case, min specs is referring to the minimum PC specifications, or requirements, to play Modern Warfare 2.
This is great news, as I would have definitely been irritated if the PC version of Modern Warfare 2 suffered a delay, especially since I prefer to play all first person shooters on PC rather than PS3 or Xbox360. Either way, this puts that rumour to rest and Modern Warfare 2 will be released on the 10th of November 2009, next month, simultaneously on PC, PS3 and Xbox360.
