BioWare has almost finished developing the Mass Effect 2 that everyone has been waiting for. For those who do not know about this game, it is basically a RPG-game based on the future.
The Mass Effect trilogy is a masterful science fiction game set in a vast universe filled with dangerous alien life forms and mysterious unknown planets. For those who have played before, you can now expect better graphics and user settings as well as new improvements to nearly every aspect of the game. Expect major changes to areas such as combat and AI, space exploration, and technical systems.
There will be new area transitions, frame rates, and texture loading as well. All of these are incorporated into the overall game design which includes a new planetary exploration vehicle. BioWare has upgraded a lot when compared to the previous game.
However there have been quite many technical questions raised. Such as, if you could carry on with the previous game, or is the game capable of running on a standardized computer. At the moment they are working hard to fix all the bugs and queries from people.
And, yes, we have seen the trailer and it is impressive.
These are the significant upgrades they have made so far on the game.
• Prepare for a suicide mission to save humanity
• Choose between 19 different weapon classes
• Devastating heavy weapons (that) can end a battle in seconds
• Recruit a team of the galaxy’s most dangerous operatives
• Explore the galaxy— scan planets to uncover unique secret missions
• Train and equip your team to survive insurmountable odds
• Control your conversation with physical moments of intense action
The game will be out on PC, XBox 360, PS2 and PS3 in 2010.
