Teen Kidnaps Boy And Forces Him To Buy A PS3 At Gun Point

Stupidity strikes the world in weird ways. Some American’s are pretty stupid because they seem to forget that they have a law enforcement that actually works. A story has appeared where an 18 year old kid is facing charges of kidnap and robbery after he had captured a teenager and forced him to buy a PlayStation 3.

Kyle Yarkosky was held at gunpoint by David Daniels — who had an assault rifle — and an unknown Asian friend with a semi-automatic pistol. The two gun men pull up outside Kyle’s house where they hit him with the guns and then demanded money.

Kyle had to take the two inside of the house and while he had steal his step-dads credit card, the others took jewelry. David Daniels then took Kyle to Walmart where he forced him to buy a shotgun with the credit card.

Fortunately, the gun counter was closed.

Of course David didn’t want to leave with nothing, so he told Kyle to get him a PS3 instead. Daniels then said that Kyle was “free to go”.

Unfortunately for the kidnapper, he wasn’t able to try out his new Blu-Ray console as the police arrested him soon after this.

Many might be able to get away with this in our country… If the credit card machines actually worked.
