Tekken 6 update to fix online lag incoming

Namco Bandai have noticed the massive complaints surrounding Tekken 6′s online mode, and they have promised that an update is currently in the works which will “improve the online game experience.” The complaints, of which there were apparently a vast number of them, were mostly targeted at the horrendous lag supposedly experienced during online play (I have yet to test it out) and, in an attempt to calm the masses, Namco Bandai promises that the update will correct this issue. As far as release dates goes, we’ve only been told that the downloadable update will be ready “as soon as it has passed rigorous testing procedures.” Apparently, this update has nothing to do with the [separate] upcoming online co-op Scenario Campaign mode update scheduled for release in the future. Namco Bandai have said that they will supply details and a release date soon, so we’ll have to wait for that.
