Want More Borderlands? Add Another Six Hours With Some Awesome DLC

Gearbox has revealed that they will release new DLC for Borderlands. The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned will be about the same size a small existing Borderlands zone, however, it will provide another six hours of new gameplay.

“It’s probably about the size of the Arid Badlands,” design director Paul Helqist told MTV Multiplayer.

The upgraded package will cost about $10 on the PS Network, or only 800 points on the Microsoft network. The new content will allow you to travel to Jakobs Cove.

The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned will cater for all players over level 10, and the enemies will scale to your skill level. This essentially means that the baddies will always be as tough as you are, allowing for top-notch game play which consumes more than just time and energy.

It was said that each time you leave the island, the inhabitants will respawn for another round of kickass-chew-bubble-gum action.

The new DLC will include loot to collect, and the new baddies will be variations of existing enemies.
