Brutal Legend “Hammer of Infinite Fate” DLC Due Next Week

It’s been confirmed that a new Brutal Legend downloadable content pack will arrive on PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE next week. Titled “Hammer of Infinite Fate”, this DLC pack brings new multiplayer maps, weapons upgrades, in-game goodies and achievements. For Eddie Riggs, the DLC pack will add three more outfits, namely Black Metal, Zaulia, and Mountain Man. Additionally, Eddies’s car will receive four new paint jobs and some weapon upgrades, such as the Oculus of the Lost, a GPS device that reveals and directs you to hidden items that you might have missed. The four new multiplayer maps include The Altar of Blood, Coiled Remains, Crucible of the Titans and Amplified Cliffs. Furthermore the DLC pack will add 9 new achievements and trophies – so you haven’t finished the game 100% just yet it seems.

The Hammer of Infinite Fate DLC pack will be released on the 17th December 2009 for PS3 and Xbox360. As far as pricing goes, it will cost you 480 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE Arcade and $4.99 (about R37) on PlayStation Network.
