EA Are Slashing Away At Games, And Not Prices

The sacking of EA employees is currently underway, where the latest on this story now involves a full-on assault towards the video game community.

EA’s boss, John Riccitiello said that although the company is planning to drop game releases from about 50 games to 40 for 2010, they are not done yet.

“Thirty wouldn’t shock me at some point in the future”, he said. This means that, EA would only publish about 30 games in a year. This is almost half of the current amount already being produced.
