Battlefield 2 Bad Company Will Support Dedicated Servers… Which Need To Be Rented – How Will SA Differ?

It’s no secret that Battlefield Bad Company 2 is aimed at the same market as Modern Warfare 2. In fact, DICE is planning to top the sales and win over the hearts of many players as they promise dedicated servers for PC players. At the moment MW2 does not come with dedicated server support.

Sadly, DICE has announced that you will have to rent dedicated servers and according to Gordon Van Dyke, the reason behind this is in regards to “the game’s integrity on PC.” It was said that it has nothing to do with profits.

Gordon has said that ‘authorized hosts’ around the world have already been chosen. Will South Africa benefit from this?
