New Ace Combat: Joint Assault coming to PSP
Very recently, Namco Bandai announced a new entry in the Ace Combat franchise, one that is heading exclusively to the PlayStation Portable – marking it as the second game in the Ace Combat franchise on PSP. Titled Ace Combat: Joint Assault, the game will allow you to pilot more than 40 fully licensed aircrafts and will feature fast-paced dogfights, fantastic visuals, real-world locations and multiplayer. Currently in development by Project Aces, the game will feature locations such as Tokyo, San Francisco and London. In the campaign mode, four players can team up and take on the Joint Assault Mission System, which allows you to break up into two teams of two and, at the same time, complete separate objectives on two separate maps. Completing objectives will apparently have an effect on the game as a whole. Another revealed multiplayer mode is the eight-player competitive mode, but we don’t have complete details at this point.
An exact release date for Ace Combat: Joined Assault has yet to be announced, but we know that the game will be releasing somewhere down the line in 2010.
