NIER Release Date Confirmed

Square Enix revealed today that their new upcoming action RPG, NIER, will be released in both PAL regions and Europe on the 23rd of April 2010 and will release in North America on the 27th of April. NIER is due to arrive on PlayStation 3 and Xbox360. Larry Sparks, Vice President Brands PAL Region of Square Enix Ltd. comments, “NIER fuses fast-paced action with a mature and mysterious narrative. The game sees a new direction for Square Enix and one that will appeal to action, adventure and RPG fans. We look forward to its release across PAL territories.” What a relief, to know that this game will be releasing outside of Japan and will be releasing rather soon at that. I still feel that there might be a delay on its release, but that’s for the future to decide. Look out for NIER on PS3 and Xbox360 in April.
