No Zombies In Modern Warfare 2 DLC

Infinity Ward has given a firm “no” on the idea of Zombies appearing in future downloadable content for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Those of you who played Call of Duty: World at War, the previous game in the series, which was made by Treyarch, will know all about the popular Zombies multiplayer mode, where you would team up with players in order to kill off hordes of Nazi zombies. Infinity Ward, to our disappointment, made it rather clear that they will not be doing anything like that.

“There will be no Nazis or zombies in any piece of Modern Warfare 2 downloadable content,” said Infinity Ward.

It’s a shame, but I guess, since Treyarch are working on the next game in the Call of Duty series, that we’ll be seeing Nazi Zombies in Call of Duty 7, if it goes back to World War II, which rumours everywhere suggest it will. Besides, Modern Warfare 2 already has an incredible multiplayer component, one that is loaded with content and, well, awesomeness. Except the PC version, of course, which lacked awesomeness entirely.
