Star Wars: The Force Unleashed Sells Seven Million

This certainly goes to show that a known name, with enough hype, definitely can sell. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed definitely wasn’t the best Star Wars game, but I guess it wasn’t the worst either. A decent game at best, a horrible one at worst, depending on your leniency and degree of Star Wars love.

Today, LucasArts announced that since going on sale almost 18 months ago, The Force Unleashed has sold over seven million units worldwide. LucasArts must be really excited and proud of this, especially with Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II coming later this year for PS3, PSP, DS, Wii and Xbox 360.

    I never played this game. As i think i read the review of this title on egamer…not to sure, but i heard the PC version was plagued with bugs and lag issues and what not so i never paid it any attention…
