Screenshots & Some Details: Transformers — The War For Cybertron

Activision has revealed new images for Transformers: The War for Cybertron. The images come from VG247 and GDC, where they reveal everything you want to see. This means, Optimus and his buddies fighting against Megatron and his Decepticons.

The third-person action game will allow you to choose from three characters where Optimus, before he was Prime, is one. Obviously.

This game will have all the transforming action you’ll ever want, except, there is no Megan Fox.

Expect it to arrive on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 later this year.

… I wanna choose Megan, dammit.

    Please, don’t talk about Megan Fox and anything Bayformers (*spit*) related in what could be the first good video game of the history of Transformers.

    My lord, just look at these beautiful pre-earth G1 Transformers design *drools*, as I’ve said before, only if the live-actions used these designs rather than fucking Bayformers. *siiighs*

    Man, those “Bayformers” games were terrible – can’t believe I finished both (was waiting for it to get better as I played on, but no). X_x

    Read a while back that this one was gonna be different, looking forward to seeing some in-game vidz.

    From what I’ve seen of this game so far, it actually looks pretty interesting :razz: I’m hoping it will be another Batman: Arkham Asylum-like success! :grin:

    Will be keeping an eye on this one.

    I wish they used the ”Bayformer” transformer designs though. They were a bit confusing but the looked awesome.
