Quantic Dream’s Co-CEO Tells Microsoft That They Are Lying About Natal

David Cage, a man with a scary super-agent name, has come out and criticized Microsoft for their words about the up and coming Natal technology. Cage says that the big M was fibbing about their ‘sci-fi’ demo during the E3 event last year.

Quantic Dream’s co-CEO, David Cage, has said that the example where Microsoft uses a skateboard is false. There is no support for this.

“I’ve seen Natal, and I’m really curious to see what they’re going to do with it,” Cage told Destructoid. “I was a bit frustrated that they presented it with a sci-fi-type presentation.”

David commented on the scene “When the kid comes in with the skateboard and the laser ray, scanning the skateboard, and then it’s in the game,”

He then said: “I thought it was a little bit lying to present it that way because it will let [consumers] think that they will [see] something that they are not really close to getting.”

Microsoft is still planning a special Natal event, and we’ll stick around for this — before we judge.
