Bloody Good Time Has Flamethrower Toting Showgirls

Bloody Good Time is a game as bizarre as the title may imply. Developed by Outerlight (The Ship) and published by Ubisoft, this game has been made using Valve’s Source Engine (TF2) and is probably the craziest FPS I’ve ever seen.

Like TF2, it’s a full-on multiplayer shooter but with some insane twists. It features a bizarre array of characters from clowns to surfer dudes to Vegas showgirls and the tools of destruction aren’t any more conventional: you have the choice of using plain old guns but why do that when you can burn somebody to a crisp with a flamethrower, lob them over the head with a frying pan or blow them to hell with a explosive RC rodents.

The game takes up to 8 players and is set on various Hollywood movie sets where “players will discover the merciless world of movie studios where anyone can star in a scary Hollywood blockbuster film.”

Bloody Good Time arrives for XBLA and PC via Steam this Summer and certainly looks like it offers a bloody good time.
