Kojima “Wanted” To Do MGS4 ‘Complete Edition’

Metal Gear Solid mastermind, Hideo Kojima, revealed that he would like to have created a ‘complete version’ of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, fully equipped with Trophy support and 3D. However, he admitted that he hasn’t had the time to do.

Writing on his Twitter page in response to a fan inquiring about the possibility of such a re-release of MGS4, Kojima responded: “I wanted to make a ‘Complete Version’ with trophy support and 3D, but if I did that I wouldn’t be able to work on a new game.”

“I wonder if someone else would make it for me,” he continued.

Since the game’s release in July 2008, Trophy support has always been a popular request from fans, but by the looks of things it doesn’t seem as though it will be included in the game any time soon.

In other things Metal Gear, however, Konami will have Metal Gear Solid: Rising on display at the Tokyo Games Show later this month.
