Devil May Cry Gets Screens, A Trailer And An Epic Fail [Video]

Capcom and Ninja Theory have been a bit busy in the past few days, releasing not just a new extended trailer but also many screens for their upcoming reboot to the Devil May Cry series, simply entitled DmC.

The trailer itself shows off some demon ass-kicking by Dante, using his usual arsenal of weapons which include his ever-trusty dual handguns, Ebony and Ivory.

“They go together in perfect harmony…” etc.

Devil Trigger is also on show here, and we’re given a much better look at it.

The pictures on offer give us a look at the game’s twisted world of Limbo City as well as a few stills of Dante looking typically badass. There’s also some uglies for you to check out.

All of this aside, Ninja Theory get the award for greatest cop-out of the year after confirming that the version of Dante shown off in this reboot is actually an alternate reality Dante, compared to the previous games.

What?!

Seriously, Ninja Theory, for all of your talk of expecting the backlash from fans, that’s a pretty fucking epic way of caving.
