BioShock: Infinite Trailer Teased For VGA 2011

The Spike Video Game Awards for 2011 is fast becoming known as E3 2011 Part Two, with the staggering amount of trailers and reveals being announced as well as teased by the gaming industry.

The latest game to be teased is BioShock: Infinite, something everyone was expecting to be shown at the event anyway.

Nevertheless, tease it they did, and host Geoff Keighley even went so far as to tweet the picture you see above, with the following text: “New trailer for BioShock Infinite to premiere at 2011 VGAs this Saturday night on Spike!”

Oh really?!

So there’s this statue of this man at this clock tower place somewhere in the game. Now there’s progress!

Many have taken to studying the picture and looking for clues and hints as to why that particular frame was chosen to be shared with the world. Knowing Keighley from GTTV, he probably just got a random clip off the trailer and posted it for a couple hundred retweets.

In any case, on a slow news day, it’s at least worth mentioning that BioShock: Infinite will be among the games to get a new trailer at the 2011 VGAs, which airs live this weekend.
