Agent 47 Will Be Making Headlines Once Again

If you’ve played past Hitman titles, or at least Blood Money then you’ll be familiar with the little mechanic whereby you see the front page of a local newspaper with a story about the death of your latest target. It was a nice little touch and it seems to be making a return in Hitman: Absolution.

A mock-up of the front page of a South Dakota local newspaper has been released and while it doesn’t detail any exploits by a mysterious assassins, it bears the same style as those newspapers in previous games and mostly talks about an industrialist who will likely end up being a target of 47′s.

Agent 47 is no stranger to travel though and regularly went cross-country to perform a job. Get a closer look at the image below and keep an eye out for more Hitman news. The game is out for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC later this year.
