Ghost Recon: Future Soldier Beta Begins In A Few Weeks
Following the surprising news that Ghost Recon: Future Soldier would be coming to PC without DRM, Ubisoft have now announced that the multiplayer beta will begin in a few short weeks. Starting on April 19 up until May 3rd, Xbox 360 and PS3 players will be able to dive in with three different classes over two modes.
First up is Conflict Mode, which is an objective based mode which lasts 15 minutes. Players must hurry to complete objectives around the map to earn points, with the highest scoring team winning. Saboteur is the second, which involves players searching for a bomb around the map and then placing it in the enemy’s base. Saboteur will only become available from the 26th of April, while both modes will be available on two maps.
If this sounds enticing (which it should), here’s how to gain access. For Xbox 360 players that bought Splinter Cell: Conviction, the beta will be directly available through the game. PS3 gamers will have to be registered to the Playstation Plus program to gain access.
After playing some of this awesome multiplayer at rAge last year, I cannot wait to get the chance to dive back in. Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will release for Xbox 360 and PS3 on May 22nd, with the PC release following on the 12th of June.
