Mass Effect 3′s Extended Cut Adds A New Ending Option

Before we begin, SPOILER ALERT! Ok, now if you’re still here you’re either not bother about spoiling the new ending for Mass Effect 3, or you just want to see how bad an additional ending cooked up by the people who butchered the original three can be. Either way, the video above has all the answers.

Users who have already downloaded the free DLC have reported that in addition to either killing all synthetic, controlling the Reapers or synthesizing with the Reapers, players can literally tell the blue prophet kid to go fuck himself and refuse to choose. This ending can also be apparently triggered by shooting the “prophet” child. Now, I haven’t exactly tested this out myself, by a large group of users on the BioWare forums have reported that this additional ending exists.

Whether or not this additional ending makes any more sense than the original three is yet to be seen, but really? We didn’t need a new ending, just clarification on the other three BioWare. Do you ever listen to us?
