eGamer Podcast #12

Welcome to the twelfth eGamer podcast, which wastes absolutely no time in bringing the awesome by the dozen.

There’s quite a bit more gaming talk this time around, no doubt much to the enjoyment of many. But don’t worry, there is still trolling to be found. It wouldn’t be a podcast (or a day, even) without some trollolols.

In this episode, we talk about how Square Enix trolled the world, Metal Gear Solid’s former exclusivity and the Ouya console. There’s also a soliloquy about mobile gaming to be found.

We also talk about other forms of media, with discussion on the recently released movies The Amazing Spider-Man as well as The Dark Knight Rises, which comes with a very minor spoiler warning but is for the most part irrelevant because there are no big story giveaways to be found. Skip ahead if you must. It gets a bit more musical after that when we discuss Linkin Park’s announcement that they’ll be in SA very soon, all to the ambient sound of typing on a keyboard.

There’s also some mention of other things such as Nesquick, chocolates, cricket and the DBNGamers event which happens this week. Your questions have been answered so look out for that.

Finally of our very own podcast members we discover that I’m a sad panda, Dean’s just trolling, Alessandro’s in love with The Walking Dead, Azhar’s a fail Indian who misses Steam Summer Sales and AG’s eating his jelly with custard. Also, Adam’s twenty-four years old now. What a champ.
