EA recently announced at the 2010 GDC that it would be releasing a new version of its Sports Active title previously seen on the Wii. The new version comes complete with leg and arm bands with motion sensors attached so you can therefore have a full body workout. PlayStation's Arc might come with a Nunchuk add-on, according to someone with a few connections at Sony. Both Konami and Sony have filed trademarks today, where their ideas are pretty similar to each other. THQ's president has been referring to PlayStation's motion controller as the Arc. The Arc name is meant to be the unofficial name, where other names for the new technology include 'Gem'. A hacker, 20-year-old George Hotz has claimed to have finally cracked the ps3. The PS3 was the only game console that hadn't been hacked, despite being on the market for more than three years.
